Our Programs
Developing football talent and life skills in Eswatini through our football programs.
Our programs are designed to develop football talent from an early age and cater to both boys and girls with the aim of producing world-class footballers in Eswatini. We believe that by identifying and nurturing talented young players, we can help to improve the standard of football in Eswatini and provide opportunities for young people to develop valuable life skills.
Our programs are run by experienced coaches and administrators who are passionate about football and committed to developing the next generation of football talent in Eswatini. Our coaches are dedicated to providing high-quality coaching and training, using the latest techniques and equipment to ensure that our young players have the best possible start in their footballing careers.
Here is a breakdown of the three programs we offer:
Grassroots Talent Identification Program [Primary School]
This program is designed to identify talent in children between the ages of 6 and 14. It is also aimed at developing basic football skills, instilling discipline and creating a love for the game. Our project aims to reach at least 200 out of the over 600 primary schools in Eswatini. This number is significantly higher at this level than at the Elite Development Program level because at this stage we have to cast a wide net across the country. The selected schools will be known thoughout the country for football development. Inter-school competitions will have three squad categories competing within the regions:

- Under 9 – Grade 1 to Grade 2
- Under 12 – Grade 3 to Grade 5
- Under 13 – Grade 6 to Grade 7
Elite Development Program [Highschool]
This program aims to develop advanced football skills and fierce competition at national level. It is designed for high school students between the ages of 15 and 20 and will cover up to 60 schools across the country. This number is significantly less than at the Grassroots Talent Identification Program because our focus is on quality and providing advanced training programs. National games will have two squad categories:

- Under 17 – Grade 8 to Grade 10
- Under 20 – Grade 11 to Grade 12
Women’s Football Program
Our women’s football program will run side by side with the mens program. We believe that women’s football deserves equal attention to thrive in Eswatini and we are committed to supporting female players at all levels.
- Under 9 – Grade 1 to Grade 2
- Under 12 – Grade 3 to Grade 5
- Under 13 – Grade 6 to Grade 7
- Under 17 – Grade 8 to Grade 10
- Under 20 – Grade 11 to Grade 12
All coaches in the Atibuye Emasisweni Foundation programs will be trained by the technical director of the Eswatini National Football Association for a consistent brand of football across the country. If you are a former football player and are interested in partnering with us, please get in touch.
Atibuye Emasisweni is a football talent identification and development initiative in Eswatini. Our mission is to lay a solid, world-class foundation to improve all aspects of football in Eswatini, and our vision is to see Eswatini represented at the Fifa World Cup in the next 20 years.
