Coach Bonginkosi “Dumbai” Dlamini, born in Emvembili on January 11, 1969, brings decades of experience as a player and coach to Timpisini Primary School in the Lubombo Region. Known for his energetic dance-like playing style—hence the nickname “Dumbai”—he began his football journey in 1990 as a striker for Mhlume FC. His talent took him to South Africa’s Amazulu FC before returning to play for Mhlume, 11 Men in Flight, and Moneni Pirates. A natural leader, he captained nearly every team he played for.

After retiring in 2003, Coach Dlamini turned his focus to youth development, starting with coaching local children. Today, he is committed to shaping the next generation at Timpisini Primary through the Atibuye Emasisweni Foundation. His coaching philosophy emphasizes attacking football, discipline, and teamwork.

Coach Dumbai’s goal is to develop raw talent from the grassroots and help young players from Lubombo dream bigger—both on and off the pitch.
