Zwelibandzi “Botsotso” Khoza, now in his late 60s, brings a wealth of football experience to the Atibuye Emasisweni Foundation as coach for Ebenezer Primary School in the Shiselweni Region. His football journey began in the late 1960s with Piggs Peak Black Dragons, and over the years he played for top clubs including Mbabane Dribbling Wizards, Amazulu (South Africa), Lesotho Arsenal FC, and Orlando Pirates. He retired in 2002 after a successful career as an attacking midfielder, earning accolades like Footballer of the Year and a bronze medal for Eswatini.

Since 2002, Coach Khoza has led several local clubs and held key roles in national teams—including Head Coach of the U-17 and U-20 teams, Assistant Coach for the senior national team, and Head Coach of the Senior Women’s National Team. He holds a Diploma in Coaching and is passionate about youth development, promoting a technical, entertaining, and disciplined style of play.

Through Atibuye, Botsotso hopes to nurture talent at Ebenezer Primary and inspire the next generation to reach elite levels—including top European leagues. His message to youth: respect elders, avoid crime and drugs, focus on education, and build life skills beyond football.
